VANITYLAB MISSION. Our mission is to demystify the salon experience and outfit our clients with the tools to recreate their look at home.

VANITYLAB DIFFERENCE. STYLE MAPPING. Every client is treated to a personalized STYLE MAPPING session with our stylists. Our job is to help you maximize your look in three steps:

• WISH. Through asking the right questions and listening carefully, the client reveals their wishes so that we can fulfill them.
• DEVELOP. The client and stylist as a team develop the plan for success. Together we select the best color, cut and style.
• EMPOWER. After our client's look is developed, our stylist will prepare the client to recreate their looks at home. Our professionals are charged with the mission to make sure you leave with the tools for success.

SALON. Check out the latest shades and styles in color or create your own. Our working Color Bar enables you to see what products we use and how they are mixed. It's fun to sit at the Color Bar and peruse our professional tools like color swatches, look books and our professional educational materials.

SPA. Leave your cares behind. Relax in style in our Pedicure Lounge while you enjoy a VANITYLAB signature service like the chocolate pedicure. We believe your body is your temple:  massage gurus will balance your energy and rejuvenate your body with our ritualistic rub-down. Experience our glowing Signature or our Excavator facial complete with hot towels, steam & therapeutic massage.

SHOP. Shop Local! Browse the rare finds in our unique shop featuring local artisan's handmade jewelry, blown glass and photography. We are continuously working to bring in the special items you will look forward to viewing on each visit.

PAYMENT
VANITYLAB accepts cash, check, Mastercard & VISA. A $20 fee will be charged for returned checks.

VANITYLAB CANCELLATION POLICY
Last minute cancellations hurt our team.  We are rarely able to fill a spot we have reserved for you with less than 24 hours notice and therefore take a business loss.  In order to keep our costs down for all, please note our cancellation policy below:  
- Regular services: Less than 24 hour notice for cancellations or no-show appointments, a   friendly reminder for the first occurrence per year.  A $10 charge will be applied toward your next   visit for any further occurrences. 
- Spa packages and parties:  Credit card numbers will be required to reserve   bookings.  Less than 72 hours notice for cancellations and/or no-show appointments will result   in a charge of the full amount of services reserved to the credit card provided.

VANITYLAB CHARITABLE DONATIONS POLICY:
- We believe all charities are good!  We have agreed as a team to focus our efforts on the   Northeast Ohio SPCA and Girls with Sole for 2009.
